Location can not be beat. On nice Beach. Room was lean and e erything worked well. Pub downstairs was lively but never had issue with noise in room. Located on beach front, nice bar with pool table and darts. Friendly helpful staff. Clean comfortable room with wifi. Very close to tram stop. comfortable rooms, friendly personal, all was very good. Parking was limited but many open spots in morning before 9am. Breakfast will definitely keep you thin for that beach body.
