The hotel is three blocks from the beach, which was just what my daughter wanted! It is new and very clean. We stayed in room 2 on the ground floor and it was very quiet--we had a small window that opened up to the outside toward the street but we had no noise at all. The shower is great, by the way--never had one like that with the shower head itself located on the ceiling. The hotel also allows guests to borrow, for free but for a deposit, bicycles, Android tablets, and a computer game th.
all reviews » Hotel Sitges was one of those fantastic surprises that we hope for when we book a hotel online! The pictures don't make justice, once you are there it is a lot nicer!!! Very comfortable, affordable, well-located, very friendly and flexible staff, clean facilities and rooms, the added services are such a treat and the breakfast is great! The location near the beach is a bonus! We went with two small kids and even though I made a mistake with my booking, they were accommodating and flexible and . A wonderful location: very quite and green street, 4-5 minutes slow walking from the beach and promenade. Staff is very friendly and polite. Initially they put us to a very small room, but I needed if only a small desk, to work, and in a couple of days they gave us a bigger room even with a terrace. A good breakfast (including any kind of coffee from a good machine). Pretty good quality of the wifi internet connection. Clean and renovated rooms. We stayed there 8 nights and really enjoyed!. Location - quiet residential area, no street noise. About 15 minute stroll from centre. Decor - cool and sparse in white and greys. Occasional splashes of demented drag queen. Breakfast - was included in my room rate, but great value at only €5 if you're paying. A good selection, including cold cuts, home-made tortilla, and fresh fruit. Great value at €55 per night. I had a small room on the 1st floor. Good bathroom, very good shower. Room 207 - just like the receptionist said: the best room in the house. Very modern with clean lines and excellent touches like shutters on the outside of each window and balcony door and blackout doors inside each window with clasps to latch them. Amazing rain-shower shower WITH WATER PRESSURE. The pre-departure changing area was well above expectations for showering and changing after beach and before airport. This hotel really makes an effort to make you happy. You can rent bikes or towels to the beach or have a free cup of coffee when it´s "happy hour". Breakfast was wery good, and you need to take it because there are no shops or caffees near. Room was clean and neat and we got a room from a higher floor as we requested in advance. Just a ten minute walk from the city center, this hotel has everything you need at a great price. Rooms are small, but well appointed, with a great shower! Staff is incredibly friendly, and Sitges is such a fantastic little beach town. Loved my trip!. The whole experience was very enjoyable. Nothing! Everything was wonderful!. The breakfast area, in the lobby/reception was cold, but this was Feb. It's probably perfect on a hot Summer's day. A bit small and thin when everything else in the hotel was top-notch. Situation was a bit of a minus. Beach is close, but the city center (which was small) is a bit further. But no complaints about the hotel itself what so ever!. A/C was a little spotty in my room, but I was able to open the windows and was totally fine. Screens on the windows would make it better, though!. The only complaint, which is minor but could have improved the stay, was to put a glass per person in the room to enable guests to have a drink during the night and to help when cleaning teeth etc. Didn't manage to regulate the heating, so the room became very hot during the night. Piped music was a little bit intrusive at times. The only thing we didn't like was that the walls are too thin and the place is not intimate, as you can hear the people in other rooms. it is not comfortable for either sides. The jacuzzi jets were not working properly and the temperature was a little cool. It was a nice having the facility available for usage. If I have to say sth negative: there was a door that connected our room with another room... it was locked but when our neighbours tried to open it after midnight while we were sleeping to check what is behind (as we had already done before when nobody was next door) I was a bit upset. Nothing to criticise. It was a bit far from the town centre, 15 minutes walk to plaza espana. nothing at all, very satisfied. I didnt stay as long as I wish I could. Lack of shelves in the bathroom!. My shower (although very cool) flooded out the bathroom every time I used it. Walls are paper thin :(. A bit further from the center of Sitges than other hotels, but a nice walk along the sea to get there!. No bidet. Only one chair in room.Poor noise insulation between rooms. Room on the small side, and could not open both french doors to the balcony as the bed was in the way, and if you moved the bed, you could not open the wardrobe... Music in corridors and outside un-necessary and was annoying sometimes. The hotel is an old style building which has been refurbished, and the ceiling and door heights are very low. The decore is modern to the point of being a bit stark.... Also would have liked coffee and tea making facilities in the room. And the hotel next door was a bit noisy. Also the walls are very thin and I could hear the guests in the next room very easily. Noise insulation could be better. The bed. A bit of a far walk from the train station. probably 10-12 minute walk to the town centre. Could do with more soundproofing between rooms. Inconsiderate group of noisy guests that banged and crashed around their rooms until the early hours, shouting from room to room, disturbing guests. Location was nice and quiet but it was quite a long walk into town. There was nothing to hold on to in the shower making it quite dangerous when the floor was wet. The stairs were concrete and some were open at one side making them unsuitable for children or elderly people. Nothing. Room was clean enough however the ceiling was a little mouldy. Only minor problem with this stay is it is bit far away from city center and restaurants.. We need to walk for ten minutes to reach.. Rest every thing is excellent. Very small rooms, no place to move or put a suitcase. No windows, just a door to the terrace. Bathroom was very flash but not very practical - nowhere to but your things or to hang the towel. Some rooms were a little small. To far away from town. Smell of smoke in room old full ashtray on balcony shower wayer leaked all over bathroom floor, no water in the morning so were not able to have shower. No kettles in room. Heating went wrong, but was sorted out the next day. No hairdryer available.
