The receptionists at the hotel were very helpful. We stayed for our wedding anniversary and the arranged some surprise champagne for us.

The lighting in our room was poor in the dressing area and there wasn't much room in the bathroom for toiletries other than on the basin.

The free mini bar, fantastic location in Seville, confortable room (got a queen-sized bed instead of two twin beds pushed together)

reception staff is very helpful and location is close to shopping streets
