The owner has sensitively restored the old stone building, retaining its ancient stonework and restoring exposed and time-blackened wooden beams. The guest rooms are simply but comfortably decorated, each with a small private bathroom with shower.

Great central position and staff extremely helpful although they did not speak English. The desk was open 24 hours and they responded promptly to a direct e.mail querty ahead of my stay. Situation of hotel - in old town - close to monuments of interest,railway station, bars, restaurants, helpful staff. The staff were particularly helpful and the hotel was in an excellent location. Nice, friendly place. Very personal. was in the center. The room and staff. Friendly and helpful staff. Location is great--in the pedestrian area, very close to the cathedral. Near the Cathedral and the old part of the city. Breakfast, location, friendly staff. Not really a thing I didn't like, but I don't speak Spanish and they didn't speak English so communication was a little difficult!. All hotels in the old town suffer from noise from cafes and bars at night although it was not a rowdy atmosphere, but rather people enjoying themselves. Small room. The room was on the small side. the breakfast should be variaty. I would have expected a better breakfast for the price we paid. Stayed there in June 2007 for €60 for a double. In June 2008 we paid €98 for the double. It is worth about €60 not €98 .Requested double bed received twin.
