Location was excellent in the old town and the staff helpful. Rooms clean and modern. The associated restaurant were also very helpful particularly at organising a cava (champagne) breakfast for our friends 50th birthday morning. Breakfast is coffee or tea, orange juice, toast and a croissant. Lovely stay - very high standard for a 2*. Location was perfect & our room was very spacious, clean & bright with good bathroom facilities. Recommend for a budget friendly weekend away!.
all reviews » Location is excellent! It's a heart of historical center and you can go shortly everywhere. There are a lot of restaurants and bars around. Free bottled water in a hall of the hotel. The assistance given to us by the concierge - thsi was fantastic. The size of the room was great,and the bathroom was excellent. Fantastic receptionist - so helpful! Location, location, location! The standard rooms are really tiny, not a problem for our group but you do need to be aware of that and the shower cubicles are also tiny, though the showers are hot and powerful. No parking, you park near hotel in a car park. But hotel will give you a card for discount. Breakfast is poor - like traditional french breakfast: croissant, juice, tea or coffee, jam. The siesta shut down time is very annoying and should not happen in a international hotel. pokey room (5), pity. Quite expensive. Room was small with a tiny window that did not let in much light or fresh air. Maybe a kettle tea and coffee in room due to breakfast being 2 streets away I wouldn't have needed to get up :-). Tiny room, uncomfortable mattress. Noisy, despite request for 'quiet room. Impossible to find with satnav due to pedestrian area. Rooms have a bit of street noise. A little noisey but that was due to the great central location!. Noisy - walls thin. no parking nearby with out height restriction, the hotel have a discount card but you don,t get it until you have already parked. Was significantly more expensive than other options that other friends took nearby. No car access to this hotel. Over priced, this was a twin room so why is there only one chair to sit on for two people, there was no plug in the wash basin reception got me one but is not my job to maintain the hotel. Poor breakfast, one cup of coffee one piece of toast a glass of orange juice and a croissant, not good for the price. Lack of instructions on what to do on arrival at locked entrance. Charge to dog was not clear on booking. Walls so thin could hear conversations and snoring from adjoining rooms. Very noisy,tiny rooms and extremely over priced. No 24h front desk. Too much noise in the corridor, the room door doesn't isolate enough from the corridor.
