After reading all the comments, I think we had no doubt that we were going to one of the best apartment complex at salou. The excellent swimming pool and indoor pool and gym sauna +turkishspa+excellent life guards .everything was perfect! I have not one single complaint. Indoor climatizated swimming pool and open all year. Excelletn situation, spa, paddle. Very good.
all reviews » Beside the golf fields and port aventura.The pool and spa facilities were great. the rooms and the pool. The apartment was within walking distance of Port Aventura (you do need a buggy if you have a small child ). The inside pool was great because it was October when we were there and the outside pool was very cold . The apartment was located approximately a 15 minute walk to the beach and the main street which was enough when you have young kids and all the stuff that goes with them to the beach . The facilities were very central to Port Avenutura Park, very clean and in excellent condition. Just what we needed for a short break.Knowing Salou .... proximity to everything for a very enjoyable holiday , quiet area but only 5 mins walk from shops,bars,restaurants,nightlife,beach etc. the location, the cleaness, the use of both the indoor and outdoor pools every 2nd day staff came with clean towels, loo roll and bin bags.Nice and new apartments, exelent pools, friendly staff (10 points to Tono). Central location, secure and confortable facilities.It was very close to the amenities we required, mainly PortAventura. The view from the front balcony was very nice. The furniture and fitting were excellent. Security was very good, secure garage etc. there was a lot of space in the apartment. Good clean room with Air Conditioning. modern facilities, large apartment. indoor pool a real bonus. The appartment was spacious and the facilities on site were very good.We would definitely use this hotel again.it was a lovely place. Could have done with sun loungers or chairs. The fact you had to collect your keys from another hotel. We were travelling with small children and it was something we could have done without . nothing about the apartment itself only where they located people in it they put us at the top floor so with young children we were on edge all the time because of the balcony and they put a loud group of young men under us who were partying till late hours. it would have made more sence to put familys with young children on the bottom or close to and keep groups of young lads on the oppasite side. Not clean area near behind block C, maybe you'll find another solution to collect rubbish then big and full container in front of main entrance. The coach park at the rear wasnt the best view, however the noise wasnt a major disturbance, might be if we went in summer though. the kitchen should have had a dishwasher, not a problem for a weekend break but for a fortnight holiday in a 4star or 5 star apartment one would have been expected. the indoor pool could have been open longer and swimming hats!?! whats that all about?. the indoor swimming pool was freezing. My grandson's lips turned blue after 2 minutes... I was not advised that I had to collect the apartment keys from another hotel - which was on the other side of town. Fortunately, another guest told me what I needed to do to check in and obtain the keys. Still though, this cost me 2 taxi rides. collection of keys from another hotel. no food or drink facilities. Pickin the key up from a different hotel was a bit of hassel plus an extra E7 cab fair. checking in/checking-out from different hotel plus the 20euro diposit we were not pre-informed about. Having to collect keys from another location. indoor pool was not opened for long enough. Key collection arrived late at night with four kids and luggage had to travel the other side of town 14euro taxi journey for keys. To find reception was very difficult it was other address then on page. Apartment was very cold.

The outdoor swimming pool is open from 1 May to 30 September. The Spa opening times vary according to season. Please consult with the property for exact times. The spa is closed on 25 and 26 December, and on 1 and 6 of January. Children under 14 years old are not allowed in the spa. Children under 3 are not allowed in the indoor pool. A swimming cap must be used in the indoor pool. Towels and sheets are changed once a week. Please note that guests must present the credit card used to make the reservation on arrival. If you are not the owner of the credit card used to make the reservation, please contact the property in advance. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. The property will be going through renovation works from Sun 01 Oct 2017 until Wed 30 May 2018. All the rooms have a double built-in wardrobe and with an exit onto the terrace. The main room is a suite with a double bed. The large lounge dining room has a large terrace with a plasma screen TV and comfortable furnishing. The kitchen is separate from the rest of the apartment and has all the appliances that you will need. There are two bathrooms, one of which is fully en suite and equipped with a bathtub.
