  Everything!! We stayed in a three bed villa, it was gorgeous!! The interior design was lovely and the villa inside and out was spotless. It had a real home from home feel, in fact I wouldn't mind living in one myself!! The staff were really friendly and polite, and the reception staff were brilliant before and during our stay. The villas are clean... what people say » ed on a regular basis, and the pool is checked every day, we asked for a barbecue one day and it was delivered within minutes. The complex is in a qui - Alondra Villas are exquisite, simply outstanding in every way! We stayed at Alondra to celebrate a 50th birthday with family and friends and we received a complementary upgrade to the Grand Suite, which is out of this world. Wine and snacks were left complementary upon our arrival and on the day of the birthday the manager sent a bottle of red wine. Totally agree with your policy of "No towels on sunbeds" - wish other hotels would do the same! Pleasant hotel and we enjoyed our stay.

  I liked very much the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, in particular the male manager (can't remember his name) and Nicola who helped me when I need to find medical help at short notice. The service and selection at breakfast was outstanding and again, the staff who served breakfast were extremely helpful and friendly. - Great atmospher... what people say » e for family and kids - unhurried and friendly. Free buffet breakfast each morning was excellent. Short walk to nearby restaurants and shops in beach town. Beautiful and small beach perfect for young children. Japanese restaurant in the hotel was excellent, though pricey.

Facilities within the hotel are generally excellent. Cleanliness and hygiene are taken very seriously, with staff constantly monitoring areas and addressing issues as appropriate.

  We have travelled with a group of three friends and stayed in a junior suite. We were very satisfied with the hotel in general, especially with the location and the staff in the reception and in the spa. Everybody was extremely kind and helpful, and cheerful! The room was large, clean and well equipped. The extra bed was quite big, enough for an a... what people say » dult. We wished we could have stayed longer! - We loved pretty much everything, we were self catering and the apartment was fabulous, modern and well equiped with a toaster, fridge, coffee maker and kettle. It also had great aircon, a flat screen TV and hairdryer, The pool area was fabulous overlooking the sea. Luckily our apartment opened onto the pool area -very convenient. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

  we liked villa blancas as it was spacious,and had good atmosphere about it. Had nice pool and all rooms were of a good size.Place very clean.

  Excellent villa for a group of 6 friends. Nice and spacious and having our own private heated pool was a luxury. It's rare to find heated pools in the canaries! Didn't hire a car but a cab into playa blanca was 4euros between 6 of us. Beatrice was lovely and we had a problem with the lock on the bathroom door and someone arrived within 10 minutes ... what people say » to fix it. Would definitely recommend this villa.
