I visit the island regularly and will definitely use Relaxia Lanzaplaya again. - The location was absolutely brilliant. Only a very short walk from the main strip,beach and lots of activities. Taxi into the old town only about €3. The rooms were very clean and cleaned often. Our apartment was high at the back and the view from the balcony was amazing. The staff were extremely helpful, and we managed to extend out stay by an extra night in the same apartment for the same rate. I would highly recommend it.

  Having stayed before,i was familiar with the barcarola,but was surprised there was no air conditioning and pool was very cold.i asked at reception about the pool but told it was due to the wind that it was cold.the first week it was too cold to use pool. perhaps when weather is breezy and cool it may be the time to heat it to a comfortable level. ... what people say » the pool was not used at any level the first week until late in the day.I - who love the pool only used it twice in the first week and three in second - The location was excellent, we could not have had better. The grounds of the complex and pool area was very well kept and a nice environment to be in. The apartment was very comfortable, very clean with an excellent view of the sea. Overall the perfect place to stay.

  Fantastic, relaxing place. How wonderful to open your patio doors to the view of the sea. The Bungalows are exceptionally clean, all the staff are great, very helpful and friendly.   The location was perfect for us. just across the road from the beach. Nice food at the restaurant and excellent entertainment every night. Our apartment was in Block A, with a seaview, cost us a little extra but well worth it. The pool area was outside our front door. the bedroom was big enough and the beds very comfortable. I was looking for a place that I could visit on my own, - The view was fab. Looking on to the sea and beach. We were lucky to get a app looking out on to the main drag. Lots of thing going on but not to noisy as bedroom at the back. Pool cleaned every morning, laundry on complex. Very good stay. We would go back. We went for 7 nights here but also booked in to an app in the old town for 4 nights as we wanted to experiance both old and new part of puerto del carmen. So glad we done this.

  We stayed for one week in the apartment. It is not far away from the beach, approx 7 min. Room was cleaned 5 times for 7 days that is great. We did not use pool facilities since we are sea funs but as I saw pool was very clean. There is a pool bar that is opened for whole day and there you can have drinks and snacks. Staff is great. Very friendly & efficient staff, the rooms were cleaned every weekday, towels changed every other day & beds changed twice weekly. Bar staff were fabulous & the snacks they served in the pool bar were excellent. Will definitely go again

  Spent 8 days here. Checked in by a very polite, friendly & helpful english man. Fantastic apartments. Ideal location. Had a lovely view of the pool from apartment 44A! Huge balcony. Good size kitchen/living area. Well equipped kitchen, freezer box & large fridge. Cleaners were great, sheets & towels changed every other day.   Stayed here a few times before and will again. Great location close to everything. Great value for money also for the budget conscious. Has all the facilities one may need and is perfectly clean. The day I arrived there was a few ants in my apartment but this was dealt with immediately by the staff and there was no reoccurrence. In the Lanzarote c... what people say » limate ants are commonplace so I would not be alarmed by them. Hope to return again soon. - Great location close to restaurants, beach, bars etc.... But a few streets back from main strip so not noisy in the evenings. Good size apartment, clean and with all facilities supplied. I have stayed before and will certainly stay again.

  Excellent value for money, their staff were very friendly and polite, basic and simple, only 5 min walk from the beach and none of the noise from Puerto del Carmen nightlife (which is an extra bonus if you travel with young kids) - it was near the airport and about a ten minute walk into the main town, it was nice and quiet, rooms were fine, nice... what people say » pool area, basic but that's all we expected, all in all a good all round inexpensive place to stay

  *Staff were lovley and friendly. *Nice spacious rooms (we were a coulple) *Tv had some decent english channels. *Location is by far the best part, literaly five minutes from the main strip with shops and resturants. - Good location - 10 minutes walk to the best beaches in the city, near supermarkets. Very clean room. Price was really good.
