  We stayed at the BB for one week in March and were very sorry to come home. We stayed in house number 17 it was clean and tidy and had a newish kitchen and two bathrooms. It had room for five people, however, although there are two bathrooms, the hot water is limited, totally fine for two, however there maybe a delay if five people were wanting a ... what people say » shower (as the heater will need to warm it up again). It has its own private garden. We arrived late on a Saturday night and were greeted by Dina the - having been to playa del ingles several times i would say the closeness to the yumbo the kasbah and plaza centres as well as the beach make it ideally situated

  This is my fourth time going back to the sandy beach hotel. I think it is a great hotel and will deffinetly be back. The games and entertainment for kids is great. - 1. Most friendly, cheerful and helpful staff. 2. Excellent choice of good quality food at buffet dinners and breakfasts.

  All staff were very friendly, efficient and accommodating. Very relaxed atmosphere throughout the complex. Very clean even if a little dated. Excellent and very safe swimming facilities (2 pools fenced off with difficult to open gates). Hardly any guests used the pools. Nice garden with plenty of sun loungers strewn around.   Very Nice clean hotel with friendly and effecient staff. Example:The fridge was noicy, and 15 minutes after mentioning it to the receptionist, it was changed. Not possible to reserve sunbeds made it possible for "normal people" to choose location. Very good restaurant, splendid breakfast buffet.   Hotel has perfect location, very close to the beach. Rooms are very cosy, personal is incredibly friendly. We were staying with 8 month old baby and we were provided with baby bed, high chair. There were washing and drying machine available on the premises, which made our life much easier.
