very friendly and helpful staff. all was very good. The receptionist was warm and friendly (female, of course) and very efficient and knowledgeable when I asked for directions. The location was perfect - right in the middle of the most interesting part of Murcia. And the bed was excellent - very firm. The bathroom was very well equipped (even including auto-shine shoe cleaner) and the shower was brilliant.
