The facilities, a spacious modern apartment complete with air conditioning, washing machine, full size fridge-freezer, television plus balcony. We were given a kettle as we were English, very thoughtful. Two bathrooms and of course the pool was deep with a childrens' section. i like that the room was a nice side, and if you come with a family, you have two bathrooms so no need to fight. good location, near shops and the beach was really good for us. the air condition unit was very good. also was good to have parking even if a bit small.
all reviews » The apartment was very clean and plenty of space. very close to the town centre and the beach. The staff were very helpful and spoke good english. The flat was well located and pretty new.Washdisher was a great help. We enjoyed very much the small terrace. Excellent clean spacious apartment all sevices provided eventually.Would recommend as good for families too. Very modern and stylish. Clean and two good bathrooms. Towels and bedding were provided and were good. Thought it might be noisy but very quiet. Enjoyed a week at Easter. Would very much use again. The location was good. The apartments are well located for the town and the beach. Moraira is a great place. i like being in walking distance to the beach and shop. Nice apartment except for the points mentioned. The location was perfect. Good Location. central location. The road noise which did cause some loss of sleep, and at times noisy revellers in the middle of the night. It wasn't easy to find the office, it being on the first floor. the bed wasn't a double and not very comfortable. no information on what to do with the bins or what to do with keys on the last day. Some furniture was not properly maintained (cupboard door broken) and the cooking plate was too cheap (vitro instead of Induction). Need more information to contact on arrival.Nobody available anywhere at 1700 hrs to check in asked a guest in block 4 to let us in and then found a member of working staff ? No kettle to start with ,No iron no hairdryer no television to start with.light bulbs blown in two rooms Need to list what is provided on line. Need UK data in rooms and contact no.for support in apartment. There was no kettle or coffee maker. The beds were uncomfortable and checking in was a nightmare - there was no system for meet-and- greet and we entered the building purely by chance. It also took a (fruitless) call to the UK to get us to a place where we could pick up the keys - really stressful!. Nothing. No instructions on how to use the equipment. No kettle. When checking in it would have been useful for the receptionist to have gone to the appartment with us to check everything was working ok. No information where to put rubbish etc. no kettle. The smell coming up from the kitchen sink plug hole. Only Spanish tv - no dvd. The apartment was right next to the road which was busy with traffic and noisy at night. Lacked a few home comforts, for example a shelf in the bathroom, mirror in bedroom. not able to get into apartment on arrived had to ask one of the guest how we got into apartment cause alot of stress not being able to get into apartment straight away dont know what we would of dont if we didnt find anyone one spoke engish. Difficult to access,no written instructions, keys not labelled clearly,no instruction how to operate the heater and electric cooker.No instructions how to access the garage.The bed slats collapse on one bed.Everything was guesswork.No kettle no toaster,no staff. Very poor show. It was not cleaned well. It was smaller than expected. It was expensive for the size. Very little attention given by personel. Pool was small No wifi, which was disappointing considering the price. The sofa bed was of a very poor quality. Poor quality furnishings (cheap) No staff whatsoever (none seen in 4 days) 1 key to apartment and block for 4 people! Dusty and unclean on arrival tv not working. lack of kitchen equipment,poor beds,sad pool area,rats in the underground car park,street noise-poor soundproofing,lack of comfortable furniture.
