The reception staff is great and welcoming, however no bell boy, no welcome drink, unlike many other 4 star hotels. The rooms good sized, clean good sized bathrooms, beds comfy enough, however empty mini freezer, no tea making facility or even empty glasses or water in the room. Spa and pools in the basement and the rooftop are the best asset of this hotel. Very limited options in breakfast in restaurant. Over all a 4 star building with 2 star services but then we paid for a 2 star as got a dea.
all reviews » Very professional set-up - quality accommodation with high standards of cleanliness and service. A little walk walk to the City Centre/Old Town however we found the position excellent as it has excellent access to both Marbella and Puerto Banus. Excellent taxi and bus links. The Spa is terrific and the very large indoor pool is absolutely great...lovely and warm to! Recommend 7th floor views if you can get them. Perhaps better suited to adults young and elder rather than to families with childr. The rooms and wardrobe spaces are more generous than many of the other hotels in Marbella, even those hotels with higher star rating. It is perfectly clean and is right beside the promenade and within walking distance of everything. The Spa is very impressive but the bar is uninviting but it is close to many others!. Pool on the roof. Very near the Beach. Hotel inexpensive - great value for Money . Very Professional Friendly staff speaking English and German very well. Fresh Fruit and cava offered at breakfast, Lots of pastries , Juices and Omelett Station at breakfast very nice . Great hotel in a convenient location. Nothing not to like: it was a very reasonable price for a relaxing stay in the sunshine. nothing. Breakfast meats , Selection of cheese and breads, as in all other Spanish Hotels on my Trip . At breakfast there was one woman that were quite angry at everyone and it made me feel a little uncomfortable. - food is not good, so take the hotel without half pension - there are private appartments next to the hotel; young people made a lot of noise at night. No dinner restaurant, had to order from a take out menu. However the pizza place was very good, and they delivered,fairly inexpensive. Breakfast wasn't up to much. In gym (SPA) the bicyces and step-machine were not useful. The only dissapointment was that the evening meal was not hot from the hot plate - it was just luke warm so not enjoyable at all. Would prefer to have a breakfast included in room price. Bar is poor. lighting in corridors, automatic switches not working, like entering a dark tunnel! Pillows, beds and bed linen badly needs renewing, net curtains need freshened up. Spa Closed on Monday. Poor connection for free wifi, unlike most hotel comes with free wi fi. Temperature of shower water keeps changing from cold to burning. Cheap decoration and corridors deprorably dark. Really not nice. That we had to pay in the beggining, and feels like its more about what they canake money off of. My fridge in the room didnt work. There was no airconditioning. Staff was rude to my partner when asking fpr assistance. Spa was mediocre. No pool bar, pool cold. Bar area lacked atmosphere boring and bland! Hotel in a poor location for someone on holiday. Safe didn't work took 3 attempts to discuss with staff still not resolved Pool area didn't have snack bar Cold water in pool.

In winter season, the spa is open from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 17:00 to 21:00. Please note that children between 4 and 15 years old can only use the spa facilities from 10:00 until 12:00, accompanied by an adult at all times. Children under 4 years old are not allowed in the spa. For non-refundable reservations, you must confirm your credit card details via a secure link.
