Location, Location, Location, Safe, not close to city center but it was nice, because it was quieter which after a day out was very nice, still near art Museum, and amazing shops, the city tour bus operates from two streets away, close to all amenities and lovely restaurants, just down the main road you get Retiro Park the most amazing park in Madrid you can spend a whole day there, loved every second of it, Hotel staff are so friendly and helpful, our room was cleaned beautifully every day, am.
all reviews » located in front of Spanish Ministry of Internal Affairs. Good location, 10min walking distance to the first historical square where you normally start a walking tour of Madrid. Was very quiet, no people, very good breakfast 12E a person which is super good for the center. If you go out you spend twice as much for breakfast. Room is small and cosy and they don't charge for children if they stay with you on the bed. Has little kitchen, can cook a bit. Overall good impression, hotel is either new. We've been travelling for a month and our three night stay at this hotel was the icing on the cake! Excellent location, lovely pool and bar area, rooms very spacious and immaculate. Fridge, microwave and small stove top. Safe in room. Free wifi. Staff couldn't be more helpful. Parking 20 Euro a day...one of the cheapest we could find. Hard Rock Cafe around the corner, metro close, tourist bus 5 mins away and only a 20 min walk to centre. Boutique shopping 5 mins away. Would highly recommend to . A first class hotel in every way, located just outside the old part of the city. Transport links to all parts of Madrid are available within 200 metres of the hotel which is located in a quiet side street adjacent to Ministry buildings. Although the hotel does not have a full restaurant, excellent restaurants are located in the local area. Breakfast were excellent and good value for the money. Every one of the staff we met was great. We stayed two nights and interacted with room service, breakfast room and lobby staff and reception. All of them made every effort to meet our needs and do more to help. The rooms are a very nice size, like a studio, and they are equipped with everything in the kitchenette. Great location. It's a very nice hotel and perfect to visit the city center of Madrid. Subway stations are nearby and even a walk to the old center is easy to do. It's a low key place to stay when your goal is to see the city. Not super central. Nothing. The breakfast was served at 7.30. This is too late for someone who has picked this hotel for business. Perhaps slightly expensive. nothing. Rooms very small and lot of cheap shortcuts. Lots of sharp edges and hotel not responsive in getting things fixed. Laundry not picked up as requested and we ended up taking dirty laundry home. Unfortunately the pool doesn't get much sunlight at all so it's too cold to swim in, even on a hot day. I think we were given a smoking room, as the cleaner went nuts on the air freshener before we checked in. Parking - No Parking available Hotel is next to Ministry of Interiors and Police there is not Freindly at all. Hotel is expensive for what it offers!!.
