We love the fact that it is set in an intmate buzzy little neighbourhood, where in no time at all, you get to recognise the local characters. There are few staff, all family, I suspect, and you get a very personal welcome. The rooms are much better than the outside appearance of the place leads you to suspect, particularly for less than 40€ per night including breakfast. We have now been there twice and will do again.
all reviews » Really did like this hotel in whole. Nice location, not far from the beach (3 min walk), not noisy at nights, friendly personal. Breakfast was almost same every day but sufficient to fill full. It the cafe on a ground floor you can order a complete dinner for 10 euros, which is deal comparing neighbor cafes. Location - 5-7 min from the beach but far enough from noisy night places; the fan in the room - it really helps to cooldown and to dry wet beach stuff. I thought the place was very well run, very friendly, clean, good facilities, i really enjoyed my stay, and would definitely go there again,. El Amego,is run by Martin and his daughter Naomi,they are cool laid-back people who make you feel comfortable in their company....... Excellent value for money and although next to the beach and in the centre of town it was very quiet at night. Friendly helpful staff. Good solid breakfast (not just two croissants). Real double bed. Everything was fine. Comfortable room, tasty breakfast and hospitable owner :). The balcony would be a plus. Very very hard to find. The sat nav couldnt cope with it due to all the one way streets. It took over an hour to find it once we had arrived in Lloret. Also, Booking .com say the credit card is only for reservation. But it was drawn out of our bank account immediately. Lloret de Mar doesn't have a live music at all!! Not very attractive place for young couples.If you are single ,25 and you like disco..you may have fun there. no negatives. You said the wi-fi was free.it wasn't you had to pay 2€ per day.you need to alter your web page for this hotel as you state it is free. So bad sound isolation, you will know everything about your neighbors in hotel and neighboring buildings. ;). nothing. Would have been better if had a small fridge in room,. Niose Walls like cardboard Cleaners walk into the room they dont knock. 1. Parking it's a problem around and should take in consideration a 14E fee. 2. No AirCondition...only wall fan. 3. wifi it's not no free.
