Staff were very friendly and helpful, free wifi in the lobby was useful. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel as there were a lot of cafes around to sit outside. We had chosen a double room as the preferred option but we were offered a twin as it would be bigger with a better view so we took it.

The hotel was near the Metro so the whole city was accessible, it is in a residential area which is very safe. The room was clean and the AC very effective. Excellent location (close to some attractions, metro station Diagonal practically in front of the Hotel), friendly staff, clean room. We stayed 4 days and were quit satisfied. I would recommend this Hotel to the others. Before my trip, I thought, La Rambla should be more attractive location for staying, but now I would for sure prefer Passeig de Gracia. So, it seems, I made right decision.

Staff were always helpful and friendly and were good at "remembering the guests faces".
The lady serving breakfasts was so pleasant, cheerful and helpful. Her reputation on trip-adviser is well justified - she is a real credit to the hotel.The cleaning staff were accommodating when it came to access for room tidying etc.Good location close to Monumental underground station and local cafes etc.

Great location, 3 blocks from Passieg de Gracia train station, 5 blocks from Las Ramblas. Very convenient for a flyin holiday. No need to rent a car. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
