  The staff very friendly, helpful and extremely efficient. We stayed on a 3 night package,goin mid week which was a fantastic deal at 186 euros, but did not take the option of a breakfast. A fantastic location, within 3 minutes walk from Sangrada Cathedral. The hotel provided free internet access in its lobby area , and the rooms where impeccable. -... what people say » The location is so so,quite far from the city center, but close to Sagrada Familia, about 5 min by walking. Sometimes it was hard to catch a taxi from the street near hotel. At the same time there was the best room of all Eurostars Hotels in Barcelona we have stayed (Cristal Palace andLaietana Palace, everywhere we booked standard double room)

  The staff were very helpful and polite. It felt very safe that staff were on hand 24 hrs, and the hotel was clean and within easy reach of the city centre, and nearby metro stations. The bathroom facilities were modern and nice, and shower was amazing! We arrived early (1pm) and were able to check straight in and use our room (not meant to be avai... what people say » lable until 3pm) which was very helpful and kind of the hotel. - Staff were always helpful and friendly and were good at "remembering the guests faces". The lady serving breakfasts was so pleasant, cheerful and helpful. Her reputation on trip-adviser is well justified - she is a real credit to the hotel.The cleaning staff were accommodating when it came to access for room tidying etc.Good location close to Monumental underground station and local cafes etc.

  Nice atmosphere, a perfect place to come with family very economical. We found our big room very well equipped and Karl was very friendly, also very centric and convenient. Just perfect for a family urban trip - Staff (Karl) was really friendly and helpful. The place had a cozy feel and was very near to the Sagrada Familia and metro.

  A group of 13 of us stayed and we were thrilled with the price, value, and it was spotlessly clean. The staff could not be nicer to us and were extremely helpful to one of our group who lost her purse.   Loved the privacy of our own place. Restaurant options for QUALITY food was much better in this neighborhood than the tourist areas. We felt like we were part of the real neighborhood, not the tourist section. - Very nice apartments in a convenient location. Close to the Sagrada Familia and two subway lines. Quite close to the central attractions... what people say » and many nice restaurants around. - 4 bedrooms easily slept all seven of us. Apartment was huge, and no problems at all with check in. Location was good and we had a very pleasant stay. Recommend highly.
