  Location is good if you don't like loud night life (the district is quiet, not comparable to El Raval where we stayed before; no noise from the streets and it's still only 10-15 min to subway "Joanic"); We had a 2-bedroom apt, it was really big, bright, renovated and clean. Kitchen was equipped with everything (kettle, dishes, bowels, toaster etc.... what people say » .)! Everything as per foto. House itself is quiet and renovated. Communication with the staff was OK, checkin &checkout was fast. Overall = recomm - Staff member alex was very helpful. We arrived later than anticipated and he was very understanding as i had no signal to update him as we arrived. Apartment was modern and airy and had everything we needed except a cot bed so i would not use here if needing this unless you take your own. The sofa bed wasnt this biggest either. Other than that the only issue we had was hot water which alex kindly remedied. Location was good for the sagreda familia but a bit of walk to las ramblas but no major i

  Nice, clean, well organized. We stayed close to Sagrada Famillia & subway station. Across the street there was a super-market, so we could get all the supplies we need. The office is in the old town and we had to take the keys from there but the instructions were very accurate. Everything was more than ok!   Once we learnt the system for keys and lights this little pad was a huge hit. Quaint and convenient to all sights, shops and transport. The steep narrow stairway to our flat and odd reception arrangement made us feel part of the neighborhood where old and young work and play. - Location, privacy, decoration, paintings.

We were there for 8 nights. - Location: Only two blocks away from Sagrada Familia (The top of one tower is visible from the balcony.) 15 minutes walk to Passeig de Gracia station (trains to Girona and Tarragona) - Equipment: Aircondition, Ceramic Glass Cooktop, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster, Dish Washer, Tableware, Fridge,... what people say » Washing Machine, Iron + Board, Free fast WiFi ... everything new and in very good condition - Cleanliness: The appartment was clean when we arrived. - The location is very good, the apartment is very nice, modern and clean. The internet has always worked well. The staff were always very helpful, friendly and attentive. On the day we arrived to check in early and stored in the bags at the site where they will get the key. Recommend this apartment.
