Enjoyed the location for getting to the City Tours and for feeling save. Front desk staff were competent in English which was a big help for us. Also enjoyed the complimentary mini bar access. - The staff were extremely helpful and could speak english, the air con was excellent and very convenient to park the car in the hotel carpark

The room was excellent. Very clean and spacious and bright. Bath with seperate shower was great. Plenty of wardrobe to put luggage and hang and store clothes. Empty fridge - which they place a couple of bottled free water everyday - was great to put some own drinks in. Nice desk to use laptop. Safety box in room, car parking good, bar service

I mean, the staff were excellent, offering help at every stage. I told them before hand that I was coming for my honeymoon and they helped made my honeymoon a memorable experience. The hotel is close to everything in the City. The breakfast was exceptionally good.

From the moment we walked in, the stay was perfect. Mirly and his team made us feel really welcome in this beautiful small Hotel, decorated with great taste and in a perfect location. Very friendly staff. Reception open 24 hours. Very relaxed atmosphere.
I left my phone in the reception when leaving for my flight home. I rang the reception, when I got home, hoping they had it - they did and they did everything to help me get my phone back. I arranged courier to pick up and they had it packed ready for the courier - thankyou so much for the help!!

The hotel had a lovely welcoming atmosphere. It was in an excellent location to the marina and also very easy to travel into city centre. The staff were very professional. We had our dinner in the hotel a couple of nights from room service and it was lovely and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definately be back

Breakfast (served until 11.30am) was an enormously varied buffet, with cold meats and cheese, cereals, yoghurt, fruits, hot bacon, sausages, tomatoes, eggs and mushrooms.
