  The hotel had a lovely welcoming atmosphere. It was in an excellent location to the marina and also very easy to travel into city centre. The staff were very professional. We had our dinner in the hotel a couple of nights from room service and it was lovely and very reasonably priced. Not a far walk to shopping/food/beach/sites. Loved the cafe on site. Lots of friendly travelers staying here. Met people from all over the world. Really enjoyed our stay here.   Enjoyed the location for getting to the City Tours and for feeling save. Front desk staff were competent in English which was a big help for us. Also enjoyed the complimentary mini bar access. - The staff were extremely helpful and could speak english, the air con was excellent and very convenient to park the car in the hotel carpark

Hotel is a in walk from the llacuna metro stop and it's about 10mins into las ramblas! The area itself is lovely right on la rambla poblenou which is full of bars and restaurants and leads down to the sea front from there it's a stroll to the Olympic port which has more bar clubs and restaurants we loved our stay and the location. The subway station is about 10 minutes of walk (use Poblenou station, not Llacuna)

Staff were brilliant with us, when we arrived there was a problem with one of the floors "technical problems" but they sent us to the Hilton Hotel instead - no extra cost! Can't fault them! - Location to the Metro was nice and easy to find with a landmark (egg building) right next it. Room was very spacious, room for luggage too! The front desk folks were extremely nice and spoke many languages. All in all, we would definitely stay there again.

  The room was excellent. Very clean and spacious and bright. Bath with seperate shower was great. Plenty of wardrobe to put luggage and hang and store clothes. Empty fridge - which they place a couple of bottled free water everyday - was great to put some own drinks in. Nice desk to use laptop. Safety box in room, car parking good, bar service... what people say » and food good ... can't think of a fault. - I liked everything about this hotel from the value of money to the services of the staff. I mean, the staff were excellent, offering help at every stage. I told them before hand that I was coming for my honeymoon and they helped made my honeymoon a memorable experience. The hotel is close to everything in the City. The breakfast was exceptionally good.
