We loved the location of the hotel; the Born district is beautiful and we could walk everywhere. The staff was friendly and helpful when I asked for suggestions for dinner and a taxi for the airport. The transfer to and from the airport was easy and cheap as the hotel is directly opposite a RENFE station. Hotel spotless with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Inclusion of a very substantial breakfast made the booking even better value.
