Great Hotel, Fantastic location, helpful and friendly staff, comfortable rooms, soundproofing is not 100%, but a good night’s sleep is guaranteed, Granada bus station is about 10min away, for only 1.20 euros take the local bus No 3 or 33 Both run every 10mins and will take you to One street away from the hotel, taxi will cost between 8 and 10 euros. We liked the modern style of the rooms that were nice and clean. Beds were comfy and it was nice and quiet. The staff were so helpful and efficient. Shame we could only stay 1 night. Wish we had stayed longer.

The hotel was situated at a strategic location close to major attractions. The hotel is located in the part of town which is not allowed to enter with private car till 22:00. Navigation system is useless, I spent 40 minutes trying to get to the hotel and finally I gave up and waited till this time. Be careful and take it into consideration. Hotel is brand new and modern but a little bit too dark and too modern. Staff is helpful but not really friendly and welcoming, too formal if you understand what I mean. Nothing bad, nothing rude. Location is perfect, near to the city center. about 30 minutes´ walk to Mirador San Nicolas and Alhambra. and there is a supermarket south to the hotel, about 3 or 4 blocks. Breakfast is extremely basic, if you like more than Coffee or tea and toast or sweet pastry; it is advisable to book B&B only. There were frequent loud noises which sounded like hair dryer from the ceiling of our room. The receptionist couldn't tell us what it was!. we were three in the room needed more towels and toillet paper. The different receptionists are quite cold and not that nice. It would be nice to have more TV-channels. There were only spanish. We waited little bit more from breakfast. Four-star-hotel. The air conditioner didn't function properly and it was very hot and uncomfortable all night. It's located on one of the main streets and tends to get a bit noisy at night. poor reception space/lounge. Nothing. no blanket in the room, sound insulation terrible. No uk tv, no kettle in room. Breakfast wasn't good. Do not buy breakfast. Parking is problem. no light in the shower area. very dark. The air conditioning did not work in 3 bedrooms - not good even in November.
