Wonderful swimming pool and surrounding garden. Nice neighborhood. Great breakfast. I have been very satisfied by the help and friendliness of the receptionests. Easy to find, free parking, attractive gardens and pool. The hotel was easy to find with a GPS and found it easy to catch the local bus into the city so didn't have to look for parking.very accommodating staff, nice location, very quiet neighborhood.

Easy to get to centre. The room rates were excellent - we used the hotel as a base to explore Cordoba. The friendliness of the staff and their helpfulness. Very spacious room. Nice surroundings. Spacious Room and no strret noise. There were very good waiter who adviced us about food and vine, everything was very nice. Lovely gardens around the hotel, spacious room and bathroom, comfy beds. Good hotel , tranquil neighbohood. Huge room, big open spaces within the hotel and attractive gardens surrounding the hotel. Pool area was fantastic as was the parking space. The park and the pool were great expecially for children. good restaurant in the garden. Set just outside the city this hotel is in a lovely setting withgardens and pool. nice location. Going out to local cafe for small spanish breakfast rather than paying the hotel price for more than we wanted to eat; (no bar-snack/tostada option in the hotel, only restaurant set price breakfast.). garden, excellent soup "gazpacho" in restaurant on the 1st floor. Had to pay to use the tennis courts, even though no one used them while we were there. Location is out of the way from center of city.The pool doesn't open until 12:00 and the bar at the pool not until 1:20pm. Room was cold on arrival and slow to warm up. One of reception staff was rude to some guests (although not to us). a basic hotel - staff could not speak any english on night shift. The 2 single beds pushed together! Typical of many Spanish hotels but some of us like to snuggle up together!!. It was not close enough to the old part of Cordoba. Chain hotels tend to be without character or certainly w/o soul.Use of English on poor side, as almost everywhere in Spain. other, but Spanish, languages for that matter, too.there is no free wireless. Timetable swimming pool is short. 12-20h. No open morning. The receptionist is not very friendly and would not be willing to share one more second talkig to the clients. The matrix is quite thin. The drain in our bathroom sink was blocked. Service in the restaurant was slow and there was nowhere else in the hotel open to buy coffees in the afternoon. The hotel is not particularly child friendly despite other reviewers have indicated - the only safe area we could find for our toddler to be free inside the hotel was the smokers patio! Not ideal...The check in staff and person from the Front desk who came to help with the safe were extremely abrupt and quite rude and I think are working in the wring industry as they were not friendly or helpful. quite far from the city center. No tea and coffee making facilities and not enough sun beds!. I was very disappointed about the beds in this so called four star hotel.The bed was extremely disturbing if I just slightly moved the bed would creak and my husbands bed was the same.Also there was absolutely no sound proofing in this hotel.1.The absence of non-smoking rooms and the smell of cigarette smoke in the corridor outside our room. We reported that to Reception but it continued.2.Coaches parked overnight frequently sat unoccupied with drivers running engines for periods of time early morning and evening directly below our bedroom, delivering noise and diesel fumes.3.Too far out of town centre for easy access. a huge awful COCKROACHS in our rooms(a few in each room) on the 1st floor,location-far away from city center. asked for king size bed but received two single bed separated by a table.
