  A lovely hotel in a perfect setting, really magical. I loved the fact that it was off the beaten track and overlooked the bay and marina. The hotel is on the edge of the stunning Cap Creus national park with all its beautifully isolated beaches. Having Salvador Dali's house within a stones' throw away was an added bonus and of course we had reserv... what people say » ed tickets to look around inside. It was wonderful being able to see his house from the pool area. The pool although pristine and a decent size was pa - Simple, clean, staff is kind and it is nice to see the same staff each year. I had a small room with a kitchen-studio apartment and was able to buy and cook food even thought i mostly ate out. I like be close to Dali's home and enjoyed to walk to cadaques as it was a 20 minute walk and good exercise. I have only kind words to say about Hotel Calina.

Best, the staff was very helpful when our rental car broke down, handled the many needed calls, and made a great recommendation for making a good day out of what was looking like a bad one. - Very frie... what people say » ndly staff.   It's a cozy hotel, the staff is friendly. We ended up not needing the earplugs, coming from Barcelona we have gotten used to a bit of noise at night. The room was very basic and that's what we payed for. Had a bathtub though which was great! - Lovely staff, lovely room

  The staff were very welcoming and the lady at reception took us to find their parking lot which is just along from the hotel, and the main reason why we booked it. We were delighted with the room, very clean and comfortable. The hotel is near the bus station roundabout and we feared it would be noisy.   The friendly assistance and welcome when we finally reached the apartments. We loved Cadeques and its beautiful old centre and harbour. The apartment's terrace enabled us to relax with a charming view after sightseeing and we appreciated the amenities and space which have been carefully arranged.Very easy also to walk to Dali's house at Port Ligat... what people say » . - I loved the location. It was right in the middle of town with everything we wanted nearby. the staff was very helpful and the apartment we had was very clean and comfortable. We made good use of the kitchen and washing machine. They gave us apartment 4 and the view from the room was marvelous.
