The apartment-sharing style feeling rather than being in a soul-less
hotel. Pablo was extremely welcoming and devoted to provide a great
stay: breakfast was served for my early rising, he gave me tips on great
tapas place, etc. Really a great host. My room was good size and well
decorated. There is a little balcony where you can enjoy reading a book
or taking breakfast as I did. It's on the 5th floor so it's
quite nice. The location is perfect on a residential street with

It's very nice appartment, almost in the center of the city, 10 minutes walking from Plaza de Espana and 15 minutes - from Plaza de Catalunya. Location is great.
And Paulo, the host, was very nice and helpful.
Room was quite comfortable and clean.
But there are 5 rooms and you have to keep quiet to not disturb your neighbors .

Very, very nice owner, well equiped kitchen, bathroom and kichen clean, bars and markets around, good point as a start point for visiting Barcelona, near 2 metro stations. Very good location for people, who want to see Barcelona, not to stay in one place.
Id more say this is a Hostel. But it´s very clean and have very nice rooms with cool design. Toilet and shower in the corridor/hallway.
We will specifically remember the very special and nice design of the rooms and the high level of hospitallity.
This is like a home-stay family. Facilities is fully equipped (kitchen and bath and shower) Breakfast is included. Staff is extremely friendly and helps us with everything. Location is close to the place of interest. I wish i could stay longer.:).
Our stay at Ypo Rooms was the best. The cosy environment together with the excellent location and very friendly owner made our stay outstanding.

I really this place a lot, I stayed here with my family 3 people in the
same room with the nice and cleaned decoration, and it is also perfect
location for traveling around that is closed to la sagrada familia as
well as metro station.
The staff is excellent and he has three cute puppies, which seem to guard the door for him when he's gone.
The place is the most clean one among all the hostels I've stayed in. And it provides shower products and hair dryer as well.
The host is a very good and friendly people, he give us the patient, the room is so clean and comfortable, We have a good two days at here. I think this is the best hotel I had been lived. I like it.
everything was perfect, very clean, close to center and major tourist attractions, the staff was OK, cheerful and always available, even though we arrived late at night.

What you get at this facility is an room in an apartment. In total there are four rooms for guests and one for the owner himself. There is one bathroom and a separate toilet shared with all guests. I stayed on the street side which is noisy as it is everywhere in Barcelona))) In the morning you can have a breakfast in the kitchen which you have to prepare yourself. The apartment is on the fifth floor and can be reached by an elevator.
The city center is 30 to 40 minutes walking. Metro station i.

The location was not the one we wanted, there was an error in the description.
It was a budget place, we were looking for something more comfortable.
