Friendliness of staff. Neat appearance of room. Beautifully made beds. Very convenient situation, eg especially only 5 mins walk from Catelonia airport bus.stop. A nice room with a good bed. location, staff helpfulness and safety cautions, corner room, close to ATM and many restaurants, less than 30 Euros cab fare from El Prat, great morning coffee. the staff were v. helpful, the rooms are nice and clean, but alittle noisy...It's right downtown and you can reach everywhere in 15 minutes. excellent location, helpful front desk. convenient, friendly staff, food. etc. prime location and room comfort. The location, helpful staff. the location is perfect to visit the barri gotic, eixample is also near and both born and barceloneta are quite easy to reach. So it is possible to get almost everywhere in the center by simply walking, which is my favourite way. Room was definetely ok, whith comfortable bathroom and balcony. Obviously this was inconvenient. As it was April the air-conditioning was not on. but it should have been as this would have allowed us to shut the window and shut out street noises. However, good earplugs should do the trick!. Traffic noise reached inside, but the ear plugs helped.Breakfast too expensive. It was hard to find the hotel.Needed one comfortable chair in room.
