Excellent service from the bwh team, including prompt emails before our uk departure about arrangements for arrival and check-in at the apartment. The staff waited to 18.30, due to our late arrival, to arrange check-in, which was much appreciated. Information on the apartment facilities and surrounding amenities, incl bars, restuarants and supermarkets was comprehensive and very useful. The apartment facilities were excellent and it felt like a home from home, which was a real feature of our ex.
