I booked a double room for 40 euros; I think this rate is impossible to beat, in any kind of hotel in Barcelona (and even hostels). all reviews » This is the second time I stay in this hotel. Best choice, a real four stars hotel with an unbeatable price. Ok, it’s not located in central Barcelona but with the subway you put yourself in the Ramblas in 15 min. (station just behind the hotel).the hotel is really less than a minute from metro station and from that station u r in 15 min in town center. the rooms r excellent and u get what u pay and order. staff is more than helpful. best value for money. very close to the mundet metro station and only 15 minutes to the city centre.very quiet hotel and it is too important in barcelona.helpful staff with a good speaking english.Hotel was excellent and great value for money' also ease of access to Metro lines and superb rooms. The structure is new, but not much rational (the bath is big, but it's internal division not the best!); you have to pay a lot for any 4-star service (internet 10 euro/hour..).The hotel is quite far from the downtown area. I thought that the hotel should have had free Wifi for the price range of the hotel. We stayed at other similar hotels that offered this.need more bed covers but standard every where else. we asked for a double bed and got single beds.Once on the metro, it was about a 15min ride to the city center. Usingthe provided computer with internet was over priced. Local phonecallshad very high service charges. the bathroom looked a little bit old. A bit far from anything except the Metro stop (which greatly helped). Hotel food extremely expensive. In general everything was fine, I`d improve the cleaning service onlysince cleaning ladies didn`t provide us with enough soaps/shampooswithout asking for it. But it`s not that essential comparing to manygood things. Noisy - next to main road. Had to use ear plugs!. Just one thing, the location of the hotel. It takes 20mins to go to the city center. If it matters, the future guests should reconsider staying at this hotel. Except for this, anything was not reserved for any complaints. fridge to small in room and bed a little small. aside from that excellent. breakfast at EUR 13.50 a bit over-priced. the neighbourhood was not inspiring. Expensive, no breakfast included for high price. too far from the city center. Instead of non-smoking room we got a smokers room. Instead of requested one big bed we had two different beds. Everything else was good. So my suggestion is that you could confirm the booking more precisely with hotels. the high temperature in the room; the proximity of the Ronda de Dalt (right beside hotel) making it very noisy to open the window to let in fresh air. This combined with the fact that the room was way too hot made it very uncomfortable to sleep at night.The minibar was not refilled every day, and for the last 2 days it wasnot refilled at all. The seif needed special attention every day if Ineeded to use it, because it did not remember any settings I made theprevious day (as they explained me at the hotel). The tv did not work,but they fixed it. Breakfast was until 10.30, but they would take awayall the food at 10.30, so you had to be quick. closseness to the motorway very noisy could not open the window and the room very warm air conditioning only blew out hot air.
