Apartment hotel room was large and fully equipped for extended stays and had an excellent location close to eateries and clubs and added plus a great view of Table Mountain. - Great Location. Amazing Service. Parking a bit expensive, but you can park outside for cheaper. Even overnight!!

This was an excellent hotel. It was situated just outside the Waterfront and although you could walk there, they had a courtesy bus that ran every half hour. We have never seen a hotel like this, everything was really wonderful. Upon our arrival we were even upgraded (for no additional costs!!) to a Luxury Suite. The willingness of the staff to find solutions to problems. Our reservation had somehow not come through correctly via letsbookhotel.com and they did not have any rooms left. The offered us a room at another hotel, and eventually they arranged that we could stay in the original hotel but in a larger room than booked.

I was very much satisfied with my stay at the hotel. I got an outstanding service, the place is very much comfortable. i was very much impressed by the fact that i paid for my internet access voucher for wireless, but when they found out that the server was done, i was kindly refunded.

Spaciousness and layout of the room - Although the hotel was old (and currently being renovated) it was clean and comfortable, nothing particularly distressing. Breakfast was good, though it's debatable whether it's worth the R130 you can save if you choose not to have it.
