  Breakfast was a real treat - sitting in the bright sunshine on the patio, with the waves crashing on the adjacent beach. And, what a lovely breakfast we had. The room had a terrific view out to sea, overlooking the beach. We were delighted to have stayed in for dinner in their Lemongrass restaurant. We really appreciated that touch, especially as ours wa - The guesthouse is beautifully situated directly at the coast - great views from our little terrace and also from the restaurant. The on-site restaurant Lemongrass was fantastic and anyone staying at the guest house should at least have dinner there once. Hotel and restaurant staff were very friendly. Owner Kees is a lovely elderly gentleman who was present at breakfast every morning to recommend activities to his guests. Car was cleaned by hotel staff every morning.

  We stayed in Aquavit for 2 nights and we really enjoyed it. The guesthouse is beautiful, clean and modern. The breakfast is worth dying for! Delicious! We found the owners, Linda and Ole very funny and we had a good laugh about the "house rules" regarding E.G. smoking, washing and Skype policy. We took it easy but still, it brought us the feeling ... what people say » of being at parents place ;-) - Fabulous guest house decorated and finished to the highest standard with two of the lovliest hosts you can imagine, alongside a professional and welcoming staff. I can rate it as a 5 star lodge, they've got all the facilities you need inside, even wi-fi for free while you paying in other places. Breakfast is perfect. Lindy will even tell you nice places to visit around and give you discount of those places and even book for you where ever you want to go.I C - The breakfasts were first class with a big variety to choose from and very well presented. Lindy goes out of her way to make you feel welcome and will help you plan the outing for the day. A very special person. Went out of her way for my gluten free and also presented me with a beautiful card and gift for my birthday. The self catering was well provided for and every day we were given clean towels. Even beach towels in a beach bag were available for our use.
