Amazing staff. Could not have asked for anything more during a difficult business trip. Suites are spotlessly clean. Centrally located. Great tips on where to find take-always at all times of the day or night. They offer a great privately owned Cab service. The centrally located apartments make it easy to access all shopping malls & most offices. The staff were friendly & very welcoming. Check in was smooth. The ambience & decor were amazing, real value for money. I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. I also liked the tight security aspect of it. I felt safe there with my family.

Really Glad we chose Genesis. Felt very secure. Everyone very friendly and helpful. Could leave our extra luggage there for 3 weeks Securely while we toured Botswana then returned for another stay. Safe parking for guests. Wi-fi at restaurant. Great location, supermarket downstairs. Airport taxi organised for us. Everything was fantastic !! -

The hotel is clean and comfortable. Both the bar and the room service is very good. But the best thing about this hotel is because of the team that is very helpful and proactive. My wife and I just got married and when we returned from a walk, the manager Bettina had left the room filled with rose petals, chocolates and bath items. We love it!
