The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. There are plenty of shops for food and supplies within short driving distances and restaurants as well as fast food places with a few minutes walk. Nice location. Clean. You can view the Beach from the balcony .Great value for money . All Attractions nearby the 30minute driving time.

Modern, clean rooms with amazing views of sea and Table Mountain! Very comfortable stay!. Everything was perfect! Spacious apartment with everything needed for a relaxing self-catering holiday. The location, very central to all the restaurants etc as well as close to the beach. Loved the view. the hotel was excellent and neat the staff are very much friendly and is near everything. enjoyed everything about the hotel. view was fantastic. room facilities was great. View and by the sea. Very smart and clean. The apartment was well furnished and laid out for a group or family. The location was just what I wanted. Wifi Option not working at all. There is only a lan cable . Room Food service is not available directly via the Aquarius suite members . Instead it is transferred from a third party restaurant. Patio doors did not close properly resulting in draught in the living room. There is no service lift. The cleaners and other staff use the same lift which leads to bad congestion at times and you have to wait ages for the lift. At the bottem cleaners were standing with loads of trollies blocking the way to the exits completely. It does look very unprofessional for such an upgrade hotel. the only problem was the hot water which came very slow it take more than 10 minutes to get enough water to bath. traffic noise was bit disturbing. Not enough warm water No aircon in the room Bath tub plug doesn't work, the little warm water there is runs out Uncomfortably cold in winter Wifi with cable only, no wireless internet in room. that one bedroom apartments don't have showers. Room Dusty (Pictures and Pictures Frames) - Fine dust from renovations. Sometimes noisy renovations in adjacent suites. The fact that a person must sign in every time he visits the hotel. I recommend that they start a data base for all the guests.Staff need training. Poorly organised. The website advertised that the one-bed units had showers, which none do, and this is quite inconvenient for a couple. A couple of areas in the unit were not 100% clean. The cleaning staff were very loud in the corridors. A number of things required repair in the appartmen. On arrival (2030pm), arrived to find the room had not been cleaned and made up from the previous people staying in the room.

From Cape Town International Airport: - Exit the airport and take the N2 motorway towards Cape Town (Settlers Way). - Take the exit marked M7 towards Malmesbury (on your left). At the top of the exit turn right. - Travel for approximately 3,5km and take Exit 17 – Plattekloof Road (M14). - Turn left at the traffic light. You will pass the Caltex refinery on your right. - At the T-Junction ahead, you will turn right. Keep in the left hand lane. - By following the lane you will automatically filter left onto Blouberg Road. - Carry on along this road. You will pass Bayside Mall on your right and cross over the West Coast Road (R27) - At the 2nd set of traffic lights, you will see Aquarius to your left. Turn left here and left again onto the service road to access our parking garages. From Cape Town City Centre/V&A Waterfront: - Take the N1 motorway towards PAARL (Table Bay Boulevard). - Take the 2nd Exit (Paarden Island) to Milnerton (on your left). - You are now on Marine Drive (R27). Follow this road for approximately 12km’s. - Turn left into Blouberg Road. - At the 2nd set of traffic lights, you will see Aquarius to your left. Turn left here and left again onto the service road to access our parking garages. From Paarl/Stellenbosch (N1): - Whilst on the N1 towards Cape Town (Table Bay Boulevard). - Take the exit marked Plattekloof Road to your left and turn right at the top. - Carry on along this road passing straight through the traffic circle (roundabout) and crossing the N7 motorway. - You will also pass the Caltex Refinery on your right hand side. - At the T-Junction ahead, you will turn right.
