I arrived at 9.00 it is earlier than check in time. But I received room in 30 minutes without any additional expenses. I received free ticket to breakfast also. Clean, tidy room. Perfect breakfast which is included. Good location. Next time only Novosibirsk. The food, the light music in the breakfast area and the services provided. Comparitively it was quite reasonable for the money being paid versus the facilities being provided.

Reservation was Not found by the hotel but was ok äs there was some room available. Breakfast was more then average for Russian hotels in Regions. Location, very good food at the restaurants. near to railway station bar and restaurant. BeerMan restorant is good. Very attentive personel. The furniture iin the room sn't bad. Everything was ok. Nothing such to tell about. Long waiting for the lift...(too many rooms and only 3 lifts) sometimes it takes 5 minutes to get the lift. Breakfast. The hot water was turned off with no warning. I was told this was the city fault, but hotels should have a backup heating system. Strip club posters in hotel lobby, elevators, and rooms are a bit disconcerting. Still smell of Soviet Union in stuff additute. Lifts. do not minibar in room. Very Cold in the room. 15 minutes to walk downtown. Rooms basically decorated, quiet noisy. Slow Lift. Breakfast Not very Good in Quality. LIFTS....... i lived in 21th floor, sometime you have to wait 12-14 minutes for the lift. There are only 2 small lifts. Last day, I had to go downstairs with bags in my hand. Because of this problem, I will not stay in this hotel anymore. I requested a non-smoking room, the room was smelling like ashtray, i requested for a change, hotel refused... It is 3 star hotel in reality. only 3 lifts for 23 floors. Frequent queues to reach rooms. noise in the corridors long lines at check in large groups. Elevators and sauna are bad.Mini bar is empty (. Non smoking rooms without AC!. The staff is unpleasant. They couldn't find reservation by booking, also showing voucher. They didn't clean the room. The food of the breakfast isn' qualitative and personal there is also not kind to people. It is not a hotel, but brothel !!!.
