Very nice staff, waiting for me without complaining even though I was
several hours delayed upon arrival and offering me a ride when
departing. Fluent in english - recommended also for foreign travellers.
Apartment appears to recently have had a makeover with all rooms appearing nice and inviting with nice furniture. Large flatscreen TV and DVD player. Large sofa, ironing board with iron, comfortable bed. Kitchen with microwave, gas stove (no oven), fridge, dishwasher and laundry machine.

The apartment was in a great part of town (close to everything), was clean and comfortable, and felt safe. I stayed here alone but it would be perfect for 2-4 people. A cafe, restaurant, and grocery store are all within a 5 minute walk. There's also a dishwasher and a washing machine inside the apartment. Don't let the exterior of the building scare you - the apartment interiors are very nice! Great value for the price. I would absolutely stay here again!.
Staff speaks english, and are patient and very helpful. Everything we asked for could be fixed without problems. Apartment is big enough, with lots of appliances and a nice living room. Also, it's in the first floor. Walking to the main street is 5 minutes. Would go there again!.
Location is very good. you can pass to center 10 min with walk. The flat is so comfortable.The personel know english , it is so well for foreigners.
Everything went well, we were close to the centre, the place was clean and we had everything that we needed.
Some people (foreigners) might find the outside appearance of the
apartment building and staircase a little worn. (Although the apartment
itself is fresh).
I happened to visit during a cold week in July, so the building heating hadn't been turned on yet, and the apartment got pretty cold with only one mobile heater.
The outside of the building is owned by the state of Russia, so it probably hasn't seen maintenance since it was build. But this this is true for almost every apartment building in Russia. Also toilet and bathroom are small, but this is also very common in Russia.
I booked from letsbookhotel.com same days. But when i arrived the near of apartments. Authority personel said me that. We can not see your book and we have not free room. I leave in the lurch..
We had dificulties finding the place - it is not situated right on the street but a bit back - the intercom didn't work and the landlady's phone was out of battery. But in the end a neighbour let us in.
