all reviews » I spent 9 nights in this hotel and it is most wonderful hotel Crew fully helpful and always smiling The rooms are very clean Excellent breakfast Arab and European restaurant serving delicious dishes Really was a beautiful days in Kassad Plaza. There is really nice and large eastern restaurant in the hotel basement. Breakfast is good, coffee machine produces good coffee - what is rare out of Europe. I did like the cleanness in the room. It is really cosy & nice. I liked the lobby- you can have a rest there & enjoy the TV. Very friendly staff, food was very nice and fresh and there was a great variety! It was very clean and neat!. Staff are still wonderful. This was the fifth or sixth time I stayed and they're always so helpful. The sauna, The large rooms, The price (at a weekend), The decor, The quality. The staff .young receptionist are great. +breakfast. Everything. Nice. Pretty good location, not too far from the center. Decent for the money. A typical 2.5 star hotel for business. Food was average service was ok. Rooms are clean, linen is good. Reception staff are helpful. Good location (for me personally), friendly staff. The staff was very nice. Design Breakfast Staff. Breakfest Room. Rooms was just normal, nothing special but size of room was good, comfortable bed and normal bathroom. There was clean and comfortable room. Location, price. good breakfast. location. Nothing. Fair prices "if" they enhance the services.... Good restaurant service. nothing. No pen in the room, No "do not disturb" card, mini-bar was locked and not available, even tho I was asked to leave deposit of 3000RUB. Dark in the bathroom. Juice served for breakfast is prepaired from concentrate locally. I didn't like the problems with the access to the internet in the room, the staff is nice but plain people. I should've booked a longer stay. WiFi still doesn't work in the rooms! The bar is a smoking area, so there's no where you can work comfortably. Poor WiFi is a disaster nowadays. The breakfast is Russian but there is as much as you can eat. A little smokey, but hey it's Russia. Biggest complaint really need to improve internet service. Breakfast is terrible - worse than prison food and the service in the bar and restaurant is appalling. Lazy, unhelpful, staff (and lots of them) who can't speak English and have no concept of customer service. I asked for a sandwich in the lobby and the barman who spent 55 minutes out of every hour watching TV, wouldn't get it for me. Told me to go get it myself. Too noisy, small rooms, staff often absent at their places. It's a little bit far from the Metro. You have to travel 3 bus stops to get there. I don't recommend the walk. It seems that all rooms are for smokers. 1) Bed bugs!! 2) Aeroflot flight online registration don't work on reception. The room was very dirty and in the room was cigarettes smoke. organization ob breakfast. carpet in the dining room was extreme dirty, presentation of food was very poor and quality so so. All dishes supposed to be hot were cold. Very bad Internet and hotel location (2 bus stops to metro station). Damaged equipment in bath Horrable bathgel, shampoo, soap WiFi in room 1 of 5 power level Breakfast. Reservation deceived, not ordering me to transfer to the exhibition. Select hotel was associated with the presence of a transfer to the exhibition complex. 4 stars in the scale of 10:( very strange hotel, not value for money, terrible breakfast (juice from powder and coffee same). Dont stay otherwise you find this location perfect. Poor staff. Very bad sound insulation. Poor breakfest. SMOKING everywhere, even on non-smorking floors - very bad!:( Poor breakfast. Lights, toothbrush glass, hangers - absent in the room. No AC....staff doesnt speak english well....they dont change the bed sheets.....no credit card usage in the resturant ....spa isnt working....problems in the bathroom....no english channels in TV....poor WIFI connection. Staff very lazy... No dot reserve the taxi through the reception because the prices are 200% more than normal taxi. - awful breakfast around 8 a.m. wasn't something to eat and staff didn't add anything, explanation "many people" were on breakfast - not clean hotel - it should be 4 star hotel. In my opiniom makximum 2 star. We had stayed only one day instead of four, as had bad service (bad english speaker)and awful breakfast .After that the hotel didn't want to do refund. Still they have money for six days.
