Location is great. Tea kettle in the room. Wi-fi in the room. Price-service rate is one of the best in Moscow (the best one I got:))

No master switch. Bed is too soft.

My room on the 18th floor was quiet. Never any sound from the neighbors or from the outside. The heating was adequate in December and the hot water was really hot. The location is pretty good, too.

The breakfast is rediculously overpriced. Try Paul across the street instead.

The hotel has spacious rooms and it's location is perfect which is close to everything in the city center. Also arriving from Vnokuvo Airport is very easy (only one metro stop after taking the Aeroexpress)

The AC was not working when I checked in and when I asked the staff to fix it they said the weather is cold and no need for AC and that all the rooms have the AC off...later on they fixed it

This is a great hotel to stay at the city center, within a nice surrounding and 10 min. walking distance to metro station, making it easy to reach every part of the city quickly. Our room was spacious, clean, and every detail was addressed just like you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Staff was nice, and overall it was a great value for money.

- very central and close to the cremlin and other good places. - - near the embassies if you have meetings there. - no problems for late checkout without any extra. - staff very friendly and speaks a good english

- the lights just out of my window shined all the nights, but the curtains did the job - i wasn't offered any luggage-drop off service to room (it's not that i care but this is a 5*!!)

Concierge service was excellent Panorama Restaurant had super views, but atmosphere was a bit flat as there were only 4 tables taken when we got there

I like that there was a Bible in the table, excellent location. Breakfast to my opinion for 60 USD is too expensive, so I didn't pay for it.

The location is great, just 5 mins walk to Arct street and metro station! The bed is sooo comfortable. And view in my room is beautiful.

The hotel is well located close to Red Square - about 1 Km away but the walk to the centre is well worth the effort for the street traders etc on the route. The room - we had a junior suite - was comfortable and spacious. The view over the river was nice. The staff were excellent. I booked at 60% off the rack rate so it was good value too.

The spa was a bit limited and small. Also it was seperate facilities for male and female. Ok, you can romp around in the buff if that floats your boat but my partner and I were the only people in there and sat alone in seperate saunas. We had to move rooms as the aircon didn't work in the first room. Reliability of facilities seems to be a problem.
