Excellent location. Good neighborhood. Refurbished apartment.

Very expensive, but all Moscu hotels and apartments are expensive. Confort but not to be considered "cozy".

Good communication before the arrival and good service level (invitation to Russia for visa reasons, offering a driver from the airport); very clean; perfect location for sightseeing in Moscow

While the e-mail communication in advance was perfect, we couldn't reach the host during our stay because the Wifi didn't work. So we had to stay without Internet for the whole stay.

Very close to the Metro station, at the heart of the city, many shopping dining and entertainment opportunities around

Old building block , entry / exit, passage ways are old and cold faced, door keepers are friendly but does not speak english

The location is good.

The address shown on the map is incorrect. I've spent more than two hours trying to find the location, & the actual destination was much farther than the location shown on map. The lock on the door was broken and the floor was unclean. The apartment did not match any of the pictures whatsoever (false advertising).
