Borodino Hotel is constantly improving their service. Free Wi-Fi in every room works just fine. In case you do not have smart phone there is PC near reception and you can print your boarding pass - all for free as well. Excellent spa facilities. for the rugby tournament held at Luhinski stadium, over a 3 day period.
Olga made the stay extremely special, as she helped us in so many ways, and made our trip ore omfortable. She advised us of places to go and to see, arrange airport transfers, and even walked us to the post office.

The room was great. The hotel also has spa facilities and there was quite a variety for breakfast. There was also a choice of pillow, amde from different types of materials, if you were somehow dissatisfied with the comfort of your pillow. Complimentary bottled water for drinking was very much appreciated, and the mini bar was fully stocked.
The staff was very helpful, especially the concierge, who spoke English quite well, which is a rarity.
