I have styed in Ekaterinburg many times, and tried all the hotels, but until now not at the Park Inn. My opinion is its an excellent hotel, very western in its approach, very helpful staff, good food, comfortable rooms and a perfect location. The hotel is not over the top with things you don't need, it is just right. I was very happy to have stayed here, and I know where I will be staying when visiting Ekaterinburg again.

This hotel is situated in the center of the city. The rooms are pretty clean, the breakfast is good. Location Early breakfast. breakfast. Booking taxi to airport done through the Hotel's desk will cost you double compared to the price available from radio-taxi which are widely available. Bed is no good. Prices are a bit high. Breakfast coffee scored 6 of 10, proper coffee machine would improve breakfast a lot. Also fish and chips I've ordered the other day was "interesting improvisation", but in general food is fresh and served great. No hotel taxi's - take time to get cab's. Bed's mattress far to soft. Traffic around. Flexibility is missing. First time I forgot my cosmetics kit including tooth brush, toothpaste, shampoo and balsam for hair. And they didn't have it in the business room and couldn't provide me with it. Second time there was so cold in the room and din't have a heater. I think that this is more important than a "handwritten" welcoming and 2 apples in the room. There's much more to improve. Price is too expensive for the facilities Impossible to put expenses on the card without special arrangement. The room was not booked and they offered me a more expensive one that I had booked. the dont have my reservation by booking and i had to pay more than the price of the booking web. Rooms climate control is extremely poor. Temperature is set for +23c. It is too hot to sleep. Unsuccessfully tried to resolve the issue of cooling the room several times with receptionists until duty manager got involved.
