  Great welcoming and efficient staff, amazing food, comfortable rooms, when it comes to the hotel itself it is superb and I would certainly recommend it!!   The staff was very helpful, they brought us by car to and from the hotel and also came to get us from Cota 1400 when we got caught in the rain. The hotel is modern, clean and our room on the 4th floor had a great view of the mountains and a large balcony. The hotel is close to the Peles castle and just a short walk from the start of several hiking... what people say » trails into the mountains. - Everything was so perfect. Congrats for all staf and owners :) One more point (for tourists) - Casa Iris is near Peles castle (its takes 10 minutes by the foot), but far away from city centre.

  There is no smoking in public areas. I especially appreciated that they also provided a babycot (no extra cost). Hotel is very clean and staff friendly. I have no idea if we had 3* or 4* room but it was very nice! Location is convenient, close to train station, Sinaia Casino and cable car station. We had a nice uphill walk to see the Monastary and... what people say » Peles castle. Generally you can walk everywhere. Breakfast was good and coffee drinkable :) The pool was free and although it's not exactly high end - - Perfect location - staff very friendly and efficient - big room, decent bathroom; - very clean; - room nicely decorated; - rich, tasty breakfast; - very good value for money - one of the best 3* hotels in Romania!

  We really enjoy the kindness of the owner and we thank him for helping us discover excellent Romanian dishes. The food was really good and not expensive at all.   Everything in the hotel was great and an excellent location. We were able to leave our luggage until 2pm and did not have to vacate our room until 1pm when we returned from th mountain. - Great Location. Received some discounts for two bars across the street and free entrance to swimming pool in a hotel near by. For all - good value for money.

The room had an amazing view to the mountains, large space, nice bathroom, minibar, very very warm. 4. Breakfast was very good, rustic with traditional Romanian foods. 5. But the taxi is very cheap. - [7:48:22 PM] Dana: We loved our stay here. Our room was spacious, cozy and with a beautiful view throughout the day and especially in the evening due to the lights in the trees. Breakfast was alright although they didn't have a great variety of fruit. Overall, we truly recommend this hotel, especially in the fall-winter season!

  Everything there was good. The foods were really tasty, the personnel was friendly and nice. I truly recommend visiting this hotel. When i'll visit Romania i'll surely stay there again. - A very friendly atmosphere, and a large and comfortable room. Next to the big Carrefour and Shopping Center.

  The owners are really friendly and professional. They know how to make the tourists feel good. The design of the hotel is very beautiful, modern and the structure and the rooms are very confortable. They have a wonderful ballroom that can be rented for parties and weddings. We ate at their restaurant and the food was very tasty and well cooked. - The room was great, had bamboo everywhere, a huge canopy bed, clean, terrace with superb view. The typical Bavarian restaurant has different specific menus, I tried two of them and they were delicious (pork ribs with barbecue sauce and pancakes Bavaria). Overall I give a 10 of 10.
