It was great! In heart of Zakopane - Kropowki. Best shopping ,restaurants and not to faraway from local transport for the fans of the fresh powder to go skiing or snowboarding on the famous The Tatras mountains in Poland. Highly recommend!. In the city center, good location to go out for a drink or a restaurant, and also to take buses (quite expensive) to the departures of the nice trails in the mountains. Very nice staff. Good breakfast. View on the moutains from last floor.

The hotel's location was perfect, close to the Gublowka mountain, the Gublowka market place, the church, and just next to the most popular street in Zakopane - Krupowki street. Breakfast too was very good, with quality products. spacious clean room, best location, good breakfast, easy access to transport, sightseeing, very helpful staff, well serviced room, best value for money in our 8 week European adventure- thank you. The location for being right in center of Krupowki is great for that. You have to keep in mind though that this is a very busy and noisy street. However, being closer to everything is great. Location at the Krupówki is the biggest advantage of this hotel. Just a place to sleep and have a breakfast - but nothing special. Clean, but a bit worn out hotel. Basic choice of meals at breakfast. Fair choice for weekend stay at Zakopane if you don't need ***** hotel. wonderful breakfast, proximity to the Krupowki street, room size. good value for money, central location. The bed was a bit too hard. Nothing to dislike. Bed was hard but that is a reflection on our preference. no elevator. The street noise is a given and the church bells are a bit annoying in the morning if you want to sleep in a bit. I have to add that the bed wasn't very comfortable. It was hard and you could feel the springs - it needs improvement for sure!. The bed was a little hard. Staff are not very good at speaking English and not much of a variety for breakfast but overall this is great place to stay. The chairs in the dining room could have been more comfortable but only a minor comment. The wifi signal was very weak. It only worked when I was in the lobby. the staff spoke minimal english but thats partially my ignorance for not speaking much Polish either. The bells from the church nearby ringing at 6am... Poor bedding, lack of room facilities eg.iron, ironing board, kettle. no lift. Noise of the nightlife is the price you pay staying at the heart of Zakopane. No AC in the room, bathroom needs to be renovated. Basic choice of meals. too expensive, small parking lot. heating was turned on (in summer) and could not be turned off, even after complaints to staff.
