What a fantastic hotel!!!! Nice and clean, the rooms are great. The reception staff were really helpful so much so that we stayed for 2 nights at the beginning of our holiday and decided to return for the last night. Close enough for a nice stroll into town and great for the public transport system. Will be back to re visit again for sure. :). Clean, comfortable, close to the station and within short walk from the market square. My compliments for quality service and tasty, reasonably priced breakfast. Leaving luggage was not a problem. Our room was in the back of the hotel and with closed windows I could not complain to any noise. this was a lovely hotel , 15 minutes walk from the square, free bottles or water every morning , rooms cleaned every morning, lovely rooms with nice beds, breakfast ok to, could not fault this hotel , plus we got a great price, ould stay here again,. For the money we paid for three nights it was great valuse. Hotel staff were very helpful, only 15 mins walk from Rynek Square. Lovely quaint cafe bar area. Great location next to train station and bus station, a lots of choices for breakfast. Nice staff, spacious rooms. Small room but the thing I most remember is the high and comfortable bed! And the fluffy pillows!! I stayed for only one night but it was a very good night's sleep. If you are a light sleeper you do here traffic noise but that wouldn't put me off going back i would just request a room to the back of the hotel. Nothing. Nic. Only down side was the Bar closing at 9 at night, very early compared to most Hotels. Cigarette smell in the hallway. I could even smell the cigarettes in my room when someone was smoking in the corridor or other rooms. Smoking inside the hotel should be forbidden!!! Bad coverlet was really heavy. The noisy streets where it is, in case you leave the windows open during the night. No tea and coffee facilities in room. Nothing. Wifi is unreliable. Nothing. Over use of air freshener in room probably to cover up stale smoking smells. The WiFi was non-existent in my room. I had to go to the lobby for an internet connection. Nothing. A 15 minute walk to the Stare Ryneck. Internet connection could be faster, I asked a silent room and got one near lift, very funny.. :(, broken coffee machine during breakfast, rather craped breakfast room, no fresh fruits for breakfast. My room has only plastic, cheap curtain at shower cabin, but may be because it was a room for disabled people. no tea and coffee making in rooms but we borrowed a kettle from hotel reception. The TV's whilst huge are not in the bedroom and only have Polish Channels. Nothing to say, I can't remember anything wrong. walking from hotel to old town about 15 minutes. But it is OK. Internet was slow. everything was great. should tell parking space first for those who drive cars. although the parking space is 100m from the hotel, it is hard to park on the street and ask staff where it is. Internet is a bit slow and I think the price is a bit expensive comparing to other main cities in Europe in the winter period. One elevator, be ready for few minutes of waiting sometimes. - The faucet/tap in the toilet was too short and the water was falling really close to the table and the whole thing was quite far for a child to use. - Not all so clean. Breakfast was subpar. Not much to it. Shower was not draining properly. The room was very noisy from the traffic outside. The hotel does suffer from slight a lack of character. No WiFi in the rooms. Street noise. Nothing:).
