Free internet in the rooms came to my surprise as I work in hotel myself in the UK this was a bonus. Previously I stayed couple of times in Marriott Courtyard but only here in Hotel Airport I experienced far better customer service which was noticebale right from the check in. The smile and interraction with the guest was a nice experience compare to uninterested staff at Marriott. The staff spoke English. This was helpful to those who travelled with me. I also liked the quality of the restaurant; the prices were not out of line. I liked the fact that there was a shuttle service to the airport.

It is brand new and very well appointed. Big comfortable bed a nd room. Every thing was perfect. All questions were answered promptly. This hotel agreed to keep one of my suitcases for three days prior to arrival. The room was very clean.It was very comfortable and had the choice of watching films on pay tv. I picked this hotel because of the free wireless internet. When I got tomy room I had no reception. Unacceptable.The bed cover is very old. No enough towels. It took a long time to check out. I did not like that smoking was not forbibben in hotel restaurant. Too many people smoked in the bar and dining restaurant. I queried the price as it was more than before and found I had an apartment not a room but we were not told all rooms were full. I would have booked elsewhere for a cheaper rate had I been aware. My confirmation states one double room for single occupancy.The staff pressure for money and payments.
