Overall the apartment give a very homely stay... with all the necessities from bathroom to kitchen.

Expected twin beds, but end up a double bed.. which is abit too small and uncomfortable for two adults.

This is a great apartment in the center of the city; close to the big hotels (e.g., Intercontinental). There is a grocery store a block away any many restaurants nearby. The apartment is very clean and comfortable, with excellent internet service. Pietr is a terrific host and is accessible to answer questions and provide assistance.

I liked this apartment and recommend it. I would stay here again. I wish the washing machine worked (I washed clothes in the sink and shower). All the TV channels are Polish; perhaps the BBC could be added.

- appartment is simply great - we like services of City centre appartments and we will stay with them even next time.

Really nice apartment in the centre of Warsaw, walking distance from everything. The room was clean with a double bed and a confortable sofa bed. Nice bathroom with hot shower. Checked in really easy and on time. We contacted the person at the phone number identified in the reservation and we arranged a meeting time at the apartment which went as expected. It is important to mention that it is a private own apartment, so if someone is expecting guess service similar to a hotel, you should not choose to stay in an apartment since after you get the key, you do not have any client service.

I would have appreciated to have the room cleaned at least once during our 4 night stay and to have clean towels. We were not provided with this option when we checked in.

Walking into a very smelly depressing building which had the appearance of a run down prison

Very nice design, all facilities modern and up to date, everything was very clean.

Dirty windows (looked like last time someone cleaned them was at least 2 years ago), no pots or pans, broken dishwasher.

Close to the train station.

A little hard to find since no signs at the entrance.

Good location, very close to most main attractions, near central train station, good connection to the airport. Clean, not big, but enough space, friendly owner/manager, well equipped kitchen. We had bicycles and it was no problem to take them up (in the lift) to the apartment. Little kiosk in the building (drinks, basic food, newspapers etc.)

Owner/manager not nearby, need to make an appointment with him in advance (but he is flexible). Apartment in an old bloc from Communist times, nasty smell downstairs, but inside the apartment everything tip top. No real bed, more of a sleeping sofa, but not bad.

Good location and excellent value for money. Well appointed and spacious studio, perfect for a few days stay. Friendly and reliable host Piotr was there to assist at the time of my arrival.

The apartment was very clean and well-stocked with toiletries and kitchen items, making it a very comfortable stay in a home away from home. It was close to staying at a friend's apartment, but with your own bedroom.

well equiped apartment, close to the center

the disgusting smell in the main entrance of building, the noise of the metro construction (6:30 every morning), there was no bed, only a sofa which was uncomfortable
