To stay in sophisticated atmosphere. Location. Dark rooms, low temperature, no initative from staff to enjoy stay, or telling any touristinfo. 1. I was wrongly informed by the hotel that they had a curtseys bus to the airport - only to find out they didn’t. 2. Evening meal too expensive for the type of hotel. 3. Receptionist wasn’t helpful prior to my visit or whilst there. 4. Hotel extremely dated & in desperate need of renovation. 5. Damp/water & mold stained walls walls. 6. Carpets are threadbare.
