Our stay was fantastic. The staff were the most helpful we have encountered. They couldn't do enough for us. The room was perfect and clean. We were on a tight schedule and they organized a private driver for the day. He was there in 15 minutes (with no notice) and was equally as good. Everything about the apartment is good. You have to be in touch with the owner in order to be able to check in, but this is not a problem at all. You can not see a nameplate or else of the apartment outside, but the navigator can easily find the exact building and it's on the main street very close to Jewish quarter. We received a lovely welcome and once you get your bearings you realise how close it is to the key locations including Schindlers factory, Kazimer Square and the lovely medieval town.
Its a compact apartment but has everything you would need with many supermarkets and make sure you try the ice cream shop over the road
