Very nice apartment, new fourniture, bathroom and kitchen. Very comfortable beds. It doesn't matter that the reception is two blocks from the apartment. They are very nice and they take you until the apartmente. Moreover, it is very near from the main street. Just perfect location.

It was impossible to use the wi-fi. Personal told us they were going to fix it but never happended.

Lovely bathroom, fine kitchen, got a 2 bed when all we had booked was a one bed. Very central location BUT Look across...

The noise!!!!! on a main street which didnt quieten down till 7am in the morning. directly across from a club. We had asked for a quiet apt - evident from looking at us that we were 40s 50s - ridiculous to put us there.

Very nice kitchen and lounge area

Not enough cooking utensils. Only one pot, limited cutlery and no pans or colander etc.

Good location in city center. Near good restaurants and sidewalk-cafes. Staff was helpful even to the extent of getting our laundry done free of charge. We loved Poland and in particular, Krakow.

The place we stay did not have lift and have to carry our heavy luggage all the way up to the 6 floors.

The staff were amazingly helpful and arranged several tours and transfers. The location was fabulous only a minutes walk from the main square.

Location was perfect! Just 2 mins walk to the old town center. Staff was friendly and helpfull.

No elevator in the building. Carrying luggages to the 3rd floor is being tiring. Flooring in the building makes noise especially in the night. If you are going to the toilet you can wake up other people staying with you.

Location was great

Beds were in great need of updating, and bathroom facilities was very poor. Kitchen was OK, however not equiped with the normal appliances like toaster, Microwave or even an oven. Location was good, however it is a 4th-floor walk-up (no elevator, so heavy bags & stroller are a pain), and on the street it was very loud all hours of the night.

These apartments were extremely central, they may have been extremely basic but they were very clean inside. The 24 hour shop right next door was an added bonus.

Some of the beds could do with upgrading, my own bed in particular in apartment 3 was uncomfortable and extremely noisy!! Although the apartments themselves were clean the walkway in and the stairs upto were very dirty. After collecting your keys from the reception the walk to the apartments is about 8 minutes so be aware of this especially if you have luggage.

Helpful and friendly staff! Good location.

Tried 2 different appartments, because the first was very cold, and not the expected standard. The second was better, but with some broken furniture, defect tv and bad smell from drain in the shower. Both apartments we tried was located in buldings with stairs and a bit difficult access. We wanted a romantic stay in Krakow, so after the first night, we spent some extra money and booked a room in a nice hotel.
