Everything. From the moment we arrived and were 2 hours before their check in time but it was not problem the room was ready. Enjoyed the tranquility of the hotel. We weren't expecting a lift but they have recently had one installed and that was another good thing about the hotel. The hotel service is very good and they would do anything for the customer. The hotel rooms are very nice and have a great view.

Our hotel is the only one in Kraków located at the Main Market Square. It is located next to the Town Hall, the St. Mary's Basilica and the Cloth Hall, half way between the Wawel Castle and the Florian Gate.
