Great hotel for it's price! We paid a little extra for the deluxe room and it was a really decent size! Bathroom was insanely huge and very nice! Breakfast in the morning was nice with plenty of options. Location was really excellent and very central to all shops, markets and attractions. The bar located down stairs was an added bonus and great surroundings. All in all a great stay, great price and highly recommend!.

Excellent. The location near to the City Centre could not be better. All the staff were very welcoming and could not do enough for us. The breakfast was great and the cleaning was of a high standard. This is one of the best small hotels in Europe I have visited. exelent location on the centrum of Cracow could not be better . execellent service by the lady at the reception desk - she waited for me at 04:30 AM with warm coffe and tea and small breackfast since I had to catch an early flight . Functional and nice interior design. Good breakfast too. When the few - but serious problems are solved this will be one of the best options in the Old Town. it's a perfect location for tourists that would like to enjoy some night life- everything is just around the corner, hotel is brand new so in a very good state and clean, breakfast very good. Superb location,Quiet ( at back of hotel)comfy bed,nice room,lovely wet room/bathroom,friendly staff. Didn't replenish water in bottled water in room but such a minor issue didn't really bother me as there is a drinks shop over the road which is so cheap. long way from secure parking. we arrived by car from wroclaw. the passage door outside one room banged due to very efficient door closure,. I would find it very difficult to find anything negative to say about this hotel. everything was so good. Nothing. It was a bit noisy at night as there is a busy street below, but not loud enough to disrupt sleep. if you come with a car you have no parking you have to leave the car far away from the hotel. BEWARE - There is an exchange office 2 stores away towards the square, that rips off tourists on a daily basis. DO NOT GO TO CHANGE MONEY THERE!. The wifi was unstable. Strange that there was no dustbin in the room. The service staff could not give instructions about how to operate the safebox. There where no instruction map about anything in the room. The breakfast room was cold. Nothing. Duvet are too warm. The apartment was on the 4th floor but no phone. The air condition was broken and was not repaired during our (short) stay. Heating had to be turned on by the staff and it was difficult to arrange! Cost saving?!. because of the location it's pretty loud and you might find it difficult to get some rest Friday or Saturday nights, single room was quite small and there was no wardrobe, generally OK for short visits. No view at back,no landline,no mini-bar,no toiletries( wall dispensers for soap & shower gel).Because road outside is pedestrianised at certain times difficult for a taxi to pick you up from the door.
