Even though I arrived very late, the staff were very helpful. The staff were happy to cope with me in either language and I really appreciated that since I was very tired. Location, clean rooms, good breakfast. clean rooms, pleasant service,. Friendly, helpful staff and excellent facilities and close to centre. Good location for the market square 10 min. Walk. The bus stop no 292outside the hotel entrance, airport 65p taxi £20.

Everything was easy!. central location. The location was good, and we don't know why but our room was a suite with bedroom and living room which was great. It was a large communist style hotel which was very interesting, and had a lot of facilities within it. Easy access to town and other locations. The hotel Manager Adam was very attentive and understanding towards problems. clean room, comfortable bed, WiFi in room, excellent breakfast selection. It was clean and near of places of interest. Close to the square, restaurants and bars. location is close to city centre. Site-seeing. location. The hotel is near a major street, so if you intend to visit Krakow on holidays I wouldn't recommand the place. Close to city center. Manageable. breakfast. To build air conditioning system and to install voiseproof windows (espacially, from street side). Breakfast not a good standard. Smoking on our floor level 5. The decor of the room was slightly dull and dingy. Tea and coffee-making facilities would have been nice.Street noise and students in corridors late at night. The barmaid was not very friendly and served the Polish customers before the English. Had to pay for WiFi, many "finished" items on the restaurants menu already at 7 PM. the internet conection was poor. The price of booking the Conference rooms was not advertised. The amount we had to pay, came as a bit of a shock to us. Had we known it was that expensive, we may have tried to get alternative facilities. dusty carpet and dusty/old mattress in rome. unfriendly staff, no english speaking staff. beds. There was a cyber cafe in the Hotel but with such a poor connection!. Beds were so inconviniet. We could not sleep very well. The room was cold. People at the reception were not usually friendly. no aircondition in the bedroom . No extractor fan in bathroom .
