The hotel is located in 3 minutes walk from the central railway station. I took airport shuttle that stops on the station. Next day I walked to the station and got train to other city. Even if you have heavy lagguage it is enough to have about 20 minutes to get from the hotel to the platform you need by walk. The room was very cosy, it even had a kitchen. If I had known the hotel would be so good I would have stayed at least one day longer. Recommend this place for any type of visitors!.
all reviews » discreet hotel hidden in a building near the railway station (main Katowice). Rooms and suites for families with children (fridge, sink). modest but tasty breakfast (home scrambled eggs, sausage, bread, etc.). Parking in the closed yard is an advantage. Reception is open until late and then gets the key to the front door. not far from St. Mary's street and restaurant area . small hotel, good location, 2 blocks from main railway station in Katowice, 10 min ahead from highway (Krakow-Wroclaw-Dresden) and citi center. clean confortable room with free wi-fi. Elevator/lift, check-in open 24 hours. Family apartments with kitchen. I liked everything about the place, the design and central location, loved the clean room and building, the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was also good. I really recommend this place to everyone. Our group rented several apartments in several cities in Poland and by far EuroResidence was the best in terms of facility, staff, and value. I would definitely go there again!. the staff was very friendly,the room was very big and comfort,very goog breakfast,the car was safety inside private parking,it was very close to the road to krakov. The spa fasilities was getting from Good to great when we understood that it was only one party at time there. So we had sauna and jacuzzi by our selves. Great with breakfast in room:-D. the hotel is rather aimed to people visiting the region or Katowice city and families with children. Hotel's business profile is rather poor. floor were freshly painted in some rooms making difficult to relax especially when you have to close a window. before the entrance to the parking yard you need to call from your mobile phone at the reception because there is any bell at the gate. maybe too simple breakfast but you may ask crew for something hot also. small parking. n/a. it is not related with hotel, but take care if you need to exchange money because of working time of banks in neighborhood. nothing. room 401 - poor water drainage at the shower. Issues with watered bathroom and TV, both need to be fixed to make this place perfect. Quilt too small for the bed despite the excellent quality of the linen. Also one more armchair or small couch would have been great. The intensity of main lighting in room is absolutely non acceptable. If I really had to complain about anything (which is hard) - it would be the noisy bathroom fan. Otherwise all great.The hotel didn't have information of "what to do" in English, and water in jacuzzi was only 24 degree when we came down. Otherwise everything else was better than expected...:-).
